No tickets are mailed, you can use your confirmation email as your ticket if you wish or just bring it along in case there are any questions at the door.

Return Policy
We take reservations for (almost) all shows. We require that those making reservations pay for them when purchaseing or when requested. You can pay in person, send a check, or by phone with VISA, MC, AMEX and DISCOVER. There is a non-refundable 6% courtesy fee for all credit card ticket transactions. Cancellations for a cash refund or direct card credit will only be honored if you cancel Seven days prior to the show. After that no refund will be issued unless the tickets can get resold. Seating for all shows is general admission.There are no tickets issued There is a door list with your name and number of people on it. . Doors open generally one hour (1) prior to show time. Even if a show is sold out, all ticket holders are guaranteed seats. Seating is first come first seated. Of course if a show gets cancelled you will receive a full refund including any handling fees.
